Base on the DSL - Dutch State Loans - model, WSF is developing Development Agenda Loans - DAL - to finance her activities in line with U.N. SDF Outcome Report for the Post 2015 Agenda. The SDF Report will be offered on Sept. 24 at U.N. 68th General Assembly meeting in New York and after adoption become the formal matrix for global development till 2030. With the emission of DAL later this year, WSF will become able to support the Agenda.
