Dear Emile,

I was a speaker yesterday morning. I was amazed that for the first time the Co-Chairs of the Open Working Group responded to our concern and understood what we said: the global commons actually is: a form managed by people and also the need to live in harmony with the Planet. And that has been forgotten so far in th governmental meetings.

I wonder could you send out a mailing from Members of the Major Group Commons Cluster. Just put it that way since we can never say we represent the Cluster as a whole. This one on Partnerships should go out today if at all possible. Otherwise if you could send it out as soon as you can get to it. I shall send the letter as attachment to preserve their formatting.

Dear Emile, Thanks so very much,

Love to you and Letta,

Lisinka
